Oliver Hoyte (born September 8, 1984 in Tampa, Florida) is an American football linebacker in the National Football League. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at North Carolina State.

Hoyte switched to fullback in order to compete on the Cowboys' roster.
In the 2008 offseason, Kansas City claimed Hoyte off waivers from Dallas.[1] During training camp, the team converted him from fullback to his college position of linebacker. Hoyte was released by the Chiefs at the beginning of the 2008 regular season.
